Providing new products and services in accordance with the updated demands of customers is one of the requirements of the dynamics of any economic enterprise. In today’s turbulent world of business, business equations are constantly changing, therefore, in accordance with these changes, a new window of interaction with target markets must be opened. It is at this point that the philosophy of the existence of a unit called Market Development emerges. A unit that can familiarize decision-makers of each company with the updated needs of customers and pave the way for attracting new audiences in the fields of activity of that company.

The most important goal of the Market Development unit is to plan and implement a growth strategy to develop and discover markets and ultimately create new business opportunities for each company. And this cannot be achieved except by creating a network relationship with activists and decision-makers of target markets.

Given that Nipak Company has defined its activities as engineering activities and projects related to various industries, especially those related to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the market development unit in this company, relying on the experiences of its active personnel, has a high desire to obtain new projects in the above-mentioned industries. Among the most important of these activities are the following:

Developing strategies to create interaction between potential and new customers with manufacturers and company managers.
Managing and controlling how to advance marketing promotion programs and plans.
Identifying current market and customer needs.
Developing business and creating growth and profitability opportunities for the company.
Designing and implementing advertising plans to introduce the capabilities available at Nipak Company.

The subject of quality control and assurance has a special place in the discussions of comprehensive quality management systems. The main discussion of quality control is related to product review, sample inspection and generalization of results to the entire product inventory, which is carried out based on statistical methods. Another method used in quality control is to control the product production process instead of the product itself, which is carried out using statistical methods such as SSPC, SAS and other similar analytical software based on the type of activity of the industrial unit. Quality assurance is also mainly based on the ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 series of standards, which are implemented after internal and external audits in the organization. Therefore, the quality assurance process has a more general view and includes all the processes of an organization, but the view of quality control is limited to a specific and detailed issue.
