The Commercial Department is tasked with identifying and understanding environmental conditions, creating a profitable market for the company and providing a path for growth and development.
This unit, relying on and mastering the knowledge of industrial equipment and purchasing engineering, and with knowledge of international trade laws and domestic laws, is responsible for the procurement and delivery of equipment and machinery required for projects from abroad or within the country.
Identifying business opportunities according to existing potentials and preparing and compiling proposals and tender documents in order to create a basis for concluding work contracts and new partnerships is another part of the mission of the Commercial Department of this company. The following are the activities of this department in NIPAC:
Identifying specialized and capable contractors, manufacturers and vendors in order to meet the needs of the purchasing and construction department of projects.
Investigating the capabilities of manufacturers in order to prepare an Approved Manufacturers List (AVL) with a technology localization approach.
Drafting and preparing domestic and international tender documents and estimating project prices.
Supplying spare parts for industrial and mining factories.
Performing all foreign trade services such as obtaining technical and financial proposals, finalizing contracts, transporting and clearing customs, and delivering goods to the project site.
Preparing and compiling pre-evaluation documents in order to identify qualified contractors for the implementation of industrial projects.
Technical-financial evaluation of contractors participating in tenders.
Preparing and compiling domestic and international contracts.
Providing all services in the insurance sector, opening credit lines, and following up on obtaining permits related to industrial projects.
Preparing and compiling all purchase, construction, and implementation contracts.
